Attitude towards love

Two years ago when Molly (our foreign teacher) asked us “would you choose true love or $100million given the chance?” .My answer was if my lover would die in a year, I would choose true love .At that time, I thought it was sound. Because we would not have time to quarrel or to face the trifle things in our reality .We would have to cherish each other wholeheartedly due to the limited time. Then everything would stop at the very moment. However, when I met the one that belongs to me, I realized that I had made a mistake.

The first thing I want to say is when you do find such a person in your life,

you would surely hope that he could be healthy. Even just at the thought of his death, you would feel unbearable. You would be willingly to do anything that you could to please her. So when I saw Edward’s behavior in the movie, I felt touched. Even sometimes what he did would do harm to himself, he still went ahead, Then I know Edward was in love. Such simple and pure love could only be found in the movie. And I also understand it is the thing that the director has been looking forward to. However, we ordinary people usually put too many things into consideration, as a result, what we can get is also restricted. The reality is that we can never get away with it because we have our own responsibilities. Even though we want to fully be ourselves, yet we can not. The contradiction is the eternal tragedy of human being. No one can get something for nothing.

Secondly, generally speaking, the power of love should be positive. It

makes you get through the difficulties in your life (not to mention the trifle things) and also to pursue the things at the bottom of your heart. Of course, it should be on the basis that you do know what you really want. This is also the question I have been asking myself. One can get nowhere if he doesn’t even have a clear objective. No matter a short or long term goal would be vital to achieve your ideal. Taking my attitude towards love as an example, when I do desire a person with specific

personality could come into my life, he indeed came though I have been waiting for a long time. The situation would make sense according to law of attraction, that is, when you really want something, it will come to you naturally, because the desire guides you towards the seemingly impossible dream. You would definitely know that I did not mean that you do not need to make any effort. However, another negative effect of the law is when you really hope that something would not happen, things will go the opposite way. The more you pray, the more possibilities it will come true. Therefore, you could attach the importance to controlling your mind. Don’t concentrate on the “bad things”. The fact is when you focus on the “good things” that would bring wonders to your life, you would ignore the misfortune. Thus, the unexpected guests would not affect your life at all.

Lastly, the unique feeling love could bring to you happens not only in the

heat of passion, but also after a long way you have gone through thick and thin together. Perhaps at that time it could no longer be called love, and he should be your family who will accompany you for the rest of life. Or even if he passes away earlier than you, the sweet memory would be your support and remain unchanged. There’s no doubt that you would face all kinds of challenges during the period including sadness, disappointment or even despair sometimes. However as long as you could stick to the end, you could feel the precious emotion that you both would regard as the most invaluable gift that has even been offered to you.

As I have mentioned above, I would like to follow the principles that I have

maintained all the time. However, I do understand even though I could do everything in a perfect way, it still will not be definitely sure that I would realize my dream. Most importantly, I believe in it and have been laboring for it. And only when you believe in the existence of happiness could it come to you. If you don not hold that there will be the right person, even when he just stands in front of you, you will lose him. Please, please go ahead, to follow the dreams in your heart just like Edward and do something that would be worth for the chance that you could come to the world.
