今天安装SQLServer 2008 SP1的时候报Restart Computer Failed，莫名奇妙的错误，后来把下面注册表项的值设为空即可：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\PendingFileRenameOperations。
打开注册表的方法：运行regedit
